Preparation:
Ki tafasa namarki da albasa, maggi, gishiri, thyme da tafarnuwa, idan naman ta dahu sai ki kwashe ki daka naman, sai ki yanka albasarki mai yawa kamar guda uku manya, tumatir guda biyu, attarugu uku, amma attarugun da tumatir jajjaga su za kiyi, albasa kuma zai fi kyau ki goga ta a greater ko ki markada ko ki yanka kanana, ki soya mai ki zuba albasar da jajjagaggen tumatir da attarugu, ki sa maggi, gishiri da curry, idan ta dahu kamar minti goma sai ki zuba dakakken naman, ki dinga juyawa zuwa minti biyar, miya tayi sai ki rage wutar.
